Content Restrictions
Wiki participants cannot post anything that is illegal, obscene, defamatory or threatening. Likewise, content cannot infringe on intellectual property rights, be invasive of privacy and be otherwise injurious or objectionable. While Broadside articles may be used to relay further information on a topic, the Broadside name cannot be used to endorse or promote a product, opinion or cause. Any promotion of the above must be identified as the Wiki participant's own opinion and not that of Broadside.
Content Ownership
Broadside will not own Wiki participant content, yet participants must agree to having their content copied, distributed, displayed or performed through RSS feeds and other online and print means. In every case, the participant’s name will be attributed along with a link to the content.
Broadside is not liable under any circumstances or in any way for any errors, omissions, losees or damages incurred as a result of participant content. The evaluation of participant content and burden of risks remain solely on the Wiki participant.
The MasonWiki is not maintained by Broadside. If you feel your copyright has been infringed, contact us at mebroadsideonline@gmail.com and Broadside will take down the content.
Reserved Rights
Broadside reserves the right to remove its association/linkage to any content that infringes on that discussed in ‘content restrictions.’ Broadside reserves the right to edit all participant content. Broadside also reserves the right to delete posts that contain inappropriate material. In cases where participants repeatedly post inappropriate content on the MasonWIKI, Broadside reserves the right to delete the participant's username and block him/her from Wiki use.
Both parties understand that participants, in agreeing with this policy, only gain access to the use of the system, and are not, by any virtue of the Wiki relationship, members of the staff. Broadside is the provider of the service, and along with any ownership, disclaims any control other than the control that could be exercised by a service provider.
When and if the agreement terminates, in no event will the termination create liability for either party to the other.
Term Modification
Broadside reserves the right to alter these terms at any time. All participants will be notified if this occurs.
By registering to the MasonWIKI you are agreeing to the above.
