The lounge is on the basement level with plasma screen televisions and an elevated VIP section. Waitresses are constantly available and security is placed at the doors and around the dance area. The music is modern and hip-hop, played by a D.J. each night. The most interesting thing about Rain? You never know who you will run into because celebreity sightings have become as common as a walk down Rodeo Drive. Redskins' player Laddell Betts, for instance, was seen at Rain dancing and having a few drinks.

If you plan on going to Rain, go before 9 p.m. to avoid a $10 cover charge and very long lines. Call 24 hours ahead and reserve a table for $500 in the VIP section. Not only will you not have to wait in line, you are served unlimited drinks up to the $500 cost.
